Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager and Designer, located in Cancún, ROO. The individual will manage and grow social media accounts, create and execute content strategies, develop visually engaging social media assets, and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement. Responsibilities also include crafting compelling written content, communicating with audiences, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance social media campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication skills and Content Strategy development
  • Exceptional Writing abilities for creating engaging content
  • Graphic design skills for developing visually appealing social media assets
  • Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for improved engagement and growth
  • Bilingual proficiency (fluency in Spanish and English is required)
  • Experience with social media management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
