SENIOR BUYER

At PFM, we are looking for a Senior Buyer to lead the strategic purchasing process, ensuring financial objectives are met and strengthening our supply chain. If you have experience in advanced negotiation, supplier management, and strategic planning, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant interaction with the operations area to identify purchasing needs, optimize processes, and improve acquisition efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, optimizing price, quality, and delivery times.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies aligned with financial and operational objectives.
• Develop the purchasing team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with strategic areas (CEO, CFO, Finance) in decision-making.

Required Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Accounting, Engineering (preferably Petroleum Engineering). A Master's degree or Supply Chain certification is desirable.
• Experience: 6 to 10 years in strategic purchasing, contract negotiation, and supply KPI management.
• Languages: English level B2 (TOEIC 785 – 940).
• Knowledge: ERP (SAP), financial analysis, Strategic Sourcing methodologies.
• Competencies: Leadership, effective negotiation, data-driven decision-making, professional ethics.
