What will you do as a Product Owner?


• Crear y mantener el product roadmap basado en la visión estratégica.


• Priorizar y mantener el backlog de sprints, equilibrando los requerimientos de stakeholders y clientes.


• Monitorear el progreso del producto y mantener actualizadas las épicas y user stories.


• Traducir y documentar nuevas funcionalidades del producto.


• Decidir estrategias o tácticas del proyecto.


• Liderar el desarrollo del producto basado en la visión, experiencia de usuario, nuevas tecnologías e innovación.


• Realizar seguimiento del desempeño post-lanzamiento para evaluar necesidades futuras.

What do we expect from you?

Must-haves:


• Excel avanzado.


• Experiencia en manejo de proyectos ágiles.


• Comunicación efectiva.

Nice-to-haves:


• Certificaciones como CSPO, Scrum Master o relacionadas.


• Inglés avanzado.


• Formación en informática, ingeniería de software o análisis de datos.
