What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to create urgent Bills of Materials (BOMs) with a fast turnaround time.
• Oversee the BOM creation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Enter BOMs and solutions into the ERP system and follow up to guarantee fast execution across departments.
• Ensure BOMs are ready for clients by understanding technical configurations and aligning with customer needs.
• Manage multiple priorities and open items while maintaining a clear understanding of project urgency.
• Communicate project statuses effectively to stakeholders and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (technical high proficiency) and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive approach to research and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
• Experience in project management with a clear understanding of processes and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Complexity

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in BOM creation and related processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Capable of executing repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Resolves complex problems, including those without precedent, using critical thinking and expertise.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Understands technical configurations of BOMs and processes with a high level of detail orientation.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days' work from home
