Position

Objetivo Principal Como Asesor de Clientes de Fendi, usted será responsable de brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional y de superar los objetivos de ventas asignados. Al construir relaciones significativas con sus clientes, se convertirá en un experto en todas sus necesidades, adaptará su experiencia dentro de nuestra tienda para elevar su experiencia e impresión de Fendi, y establecerá relaciones duraderas que se mantendrán mediante el uso de nuestras herramientas y sistemas internos de gestión de clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Alcanzar todos los indicadores clave de rendimiento del Asesor de Clientes y los requisitos de CRM.

  • Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas de la tienda, la categoría y los individuales.

  • Seguir todas las directrices de la tienda.

  • Construir y mantener carteras de clientes; dar seguimiento a las inquietudes y consultas de los clientes; mantener la correspondencia con los clientes para construir una clientela, mejorar las relaciones e impulsar el negocio.

  • Ayudar con solicitudes especiales, que incluyen, entre otras, reparaciones, pedidos especiales, devoluciones, etc.

  • Adherirse a todas las políticas y procedimientos de la tienda.

  • Participar en el vital reabastecimiento de la tienda.

  • Uso competente y preciso del sistema POS y otros programas informáticos según sea necesario, actualizando la base de datos de clientes.

  • Adquirir conocimiento del producto, información de la empresa e historia.

  • Mantenerse al día con las noticias de la empresa y estar familiarizado con la competencia.

  • Mantener una apariencia profesional y seguir el código de vestimenta, aseo y estándares de uniforme de FENDI.

  • Realizar funciones regulares de mantenimiento de la tienda según sea necesario o asignado.

  • Puede tener la responsabilidad de abrir/cerrar la tienda según sea necesario, incluyendo las reuniones matutinas del equipo.

Job responsibilities

  • Ayudar a mantener los estándares visuales con la dirección de VM, la empresa y la gerencia.

  • Debe mantener una comunicación abierta y continua y una relación positiva con la gerencia de la tienda, los compañeros y otros niveles de personal de la empresa.

  • Ser un modelo a seguir positivo, representando siempre la marca de manera apropiada.

  • Participar en la capacitación de nuevos Asesores de Clientes (conocimiento del producto, procedimientos de la tienda, políticas de la empresa).

  • Participar y prepararse para las reuniones mensuales del equipo.

  • Adherirse a los estándares de prevención de pérdidas.

  • Seguir todas las directrices de salud y seguridad.

Cualificaciones:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia, preferiblemente en venta minorista de lujo.

  • Fuerte impulso para los resultados; orientado a objetivos.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación: la capacidad de comunicarse eficazmente tanto verbalmente como por escrito.

  • Capacidad para utilizar el sistema POS y sus funciones de gestión de inventario.

  • Experiencia en RTW (Ready To Wear) preferida.

  • El conocimiento de idiomas extranjeros es una ventaja.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo colaborativo.

  • Capacidad para levantar cajas/peso de hasta 10 libras.

  • Diploma de preparatoria mínimo.

  • Se requieren habilidades organizativas y sólidas habilidades digitales.

  • Debe tener disponibilidad flexible, algunas noches, fines de semana y días festivos

FENDI MAISON

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style.

Called by the legendary five Fendi sisters, the collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld began back in 1965 and lasted 54 years. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi seconded him in the Artistic Direction; in 1994, she is given the direction of Accessories and later of Menswear.

In 2000, the LVMH group acquires Fendi becoming in 2001 its majority shareholder. Appointed in 2020, Kim Jones held the role of Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear until 2024. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
