Executive Management Trainee México

Principales funciones:
• Diseñar, implementar y administrar la estrategia de adquisiciones en el país con los respectivos equipos debajo de él para impulsar y entregar volúmenes de acuerdo con el plan comercial general;
• Optimizar la utilización de los recursos de procesamiento y calidad en el país para obtener la máxima utilización de la capacidad y la eficiencia y eliminar las pérdidas controlables y minimizar el impacto de las pérdidas no controlables;
• Soporte en la implementación de la infraestructura requerida para entregar volúmenes según el plan de negocios;
• Asegurar el estricto cumplimiento de todos los sistemas y procedimientos establecidos sin excepción;
• Asegurarse de que todos los costos directos e indirectos de la empresa estén dentro de los presupuestos;
Requisitos:
• Grado Universitario en Agronomía pero con enfoque Comercial / Gerencial, Gestión Empresarial o Comercial (ventas, marketing);
• Experiencia mínima de 3 a 4 años en empresas multinacionales, exportadores o productos agrícolas;
