What you'll do

You will play a key role in accelerating Turning's commercial engine through high-impact marketing initiatives:

Design, execute, and optimize B2B lead-generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, email).

Create content that positions Turning and its leaders as industry thought partners.

Build and refine outreach sequences for executives (LinkedIn + email).

Operate and improve our automation stack (Waalaxy, CRMs, Notion, etc.).

Analyze data, measure performance, and provide insights for decision-making.

Prepare clear reports in Excel and executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint.

This is a hands-on role where experimentation, learning, and iteration are part of your daily work.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly proactive — you move fast, propose, test, and optimize.

Hungry to learn and grow — this role is for someone who sees marketing as a long-term craft.

Strong with Excel, PowerPoint, and corporate tools.

Analytical and comfortable working with data.

Excellent at writing clear, persuasive messages.

Curious, creative, and resourceful.

1–3 years of experience in marketing digital / growth / performance (B2B ideal).

English intermediate/advanced is a plus.
