Were Hiring Patient Service Representative (PSR) / Scheduler

Location: Mexico Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Are you organized, techsavvy, and passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences? Join our team as a Patient Service Representative (PSR) / Scheduler and become the first point of contact for patients and providers.

What youll do:

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and provider calendars
  • Handle patient registration, checkin/checkout, and insurance verification
  • Support billing and documentation processes in the EHR system
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies

What were looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in medical office, patient services, or scheduling (preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance workflows
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer tools
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
