What You'll Be Doing:


• Design and implement firmware for motion systems, including motor control and multi-axis architectures

• Evaluate emerging technologies and apply them to firmware innovation

• Troubleshoot, debug, and test embedded systems using advanced instrumentation

• Collaborate with global teams to align firmware with design and business goals

• Develop prototypes and iterate quickly in a fast-paced development environment

• Engage with customers to translate needs into functional, reliable firmware solutions

• Contribute to system architecture and co-develop technology alongside engineering peers

• Support documentation and transfer of designs for scale-up when moving into formal development

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in embedded firmware development

• Strong knowledge of firmware design principles, especially for motor/motion control

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with ability to collaborate globally and locally

• Experience with prototyping and troubleshooting embedded hardware/software systems

• Proactive mindset, high enegry with a strong sense of urgency and innovation

Bonus Points If You Have:


• Experience working with advanced motion systems or multi-joint systems

• Knowledge of rapid prototyping tools, real-time OS, or bare-metal programming


• Cross disciplinary skills electronics, mechanical engineer

• Familiarity with PCB-level debugging and hardware bring-up

• Strong business acumen and understanding of how firmware impacts customer value

• Creative thinker with demonstrated success solving complex firmware challenges
