Descripción del Rol

El Desarrollador Full Stack Senior liderará el desarrollo de extremo a extremo de funcionalidades críticas, además de brindar mentoría a otros ingenieros, mejorar la calidad del código y contribuir a la arquitectura y mejores prácticas del equipo. Este rol es clave para entregar soluciones escalables, seguras y mantenibles que impulsan nuestra plataforma y las aplicaciones de nuestros clientes.

La persona seleccionada trabajará de cerca con equipos de toda la organización—Producto, Diseño, Customer Success y DevOps—para apoyar iniciativas estratégicas. El rol comenzará de manera remota desde Ciudad de México y probablemente transicione a un esquema presencial/híbrido después de varios meses.

Lo Que Harás (Responsabilidades Clave)

Desarrollo de Producto

  • Responsabilidad de Funcionalidades:
     Liderar el ciclo completo de desarrollo (diseño → implementación → pruebas → despliegue) de funcionalidades front-end y back-end utilizando React,  y TypeScript.
  • Calidad de UX:
     Colaborar con Producto y Diseño para convertir requerimientos en experiencias intuitivas y de alto rendimiento, con interfaces limpias y accesibles.

Plataforma y Arquitectura

  • Servicios Escalables:
     Diseñar e implementar microservicios y sistemas orientados a eventos utilizando Docker, Kubernetes y RabbitMQ.
  • Excelencia en la Capa de Datos:
     Diseñar esquemas robustos y consultas eficientes en PostgreSQL y MongoDB; asegurar integridad de datos, estrategias de migración y observabilidad.

Calidad y Confiabilidad

  • Calidad de Código:
     Elevar los estándares de ingeniería (estrategias de pruebas, revisiones de código, linting, CI/CD, documentación).
  • Rendimiento y Seguridad:
     Diagnosticar cuellos de botella, optimizar rendimiento y aplicar mejores prácticas de seguridad (autenticación, cifrado, OWASP).

Colaboración y Liderazgo

  • Mentoría Técnica:
     Guiar al equipo, desbloquear problemas complejos y promover el intercambio de conocimiento.
  • Entrega Multifuncional:
     Colaborar con DevOps para optimizar despliegues; trabajar con stakeholders para priorizar y entregar resultados a tiempo.

Lo Que Aportas (Habilidades, Experiencia y Calificaciones)

Experiencia Full Stack

  • Amplia experiencia práctica con React,  y TypeScript desarrollando aplicaciones de nivel productivo.
  • Capacidad comprobada para diseñar APIs (REST/GraphQL), integrar servicios y entregar software de forma confiable.

Nube e Infraestructura

  • Dominio sólido de Docker y Kubernetes (contenedores, orquestación, despliegues).
  • Experiencia construyendo arquitecturas orientadas a eventos con RabbitMQ u otros message brokers.

Datos y Observabilidad

  • Conocimientos prácticos de PostgreSQL (modelado relacional, rendimiento) y MongoDB (diseño de documentos, indexación).
  • Familiaridad con logging, métricas, trazas y monitoreo de errores.

Calificaciones

  • Mínimo 5–8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software full stack.
  • Experiencia con microservicios, pipelines CI/CD, pruebas automatizadas y sistemas seguros y escalables.
  • Comprensión de arquitectura moderna, patrones cloud-native y operación en producción.
  • Experiencia previa en startups o empresas tecnológicas de rápido crecimiento es un plus, pero no obligatoria.

Role Overview

The 
Senior Full Stack Developer
 will 
lead end-to-end development of mission-critical features

  • Feature Ownership:
