Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with analytics, data science, and product teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data that supports business insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Build, optimize, and manage data warehouses and data lakes
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data systems
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Product teams to support analytics and reporting needs
- Optimize SQL queries and data models for scalability and performance
- Implement data security, governance, and compliance best practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and production issues
- Document data architecture, pipelines, and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience using Python, Scala, or Java for data processing
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks such as Airflow, dbt, or Spark
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51, $104,891.67 per year
