We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager (Paid Ads Department) and Google Ads/Analytics Expert who is looking to become an integral part of Zoek's team.

If your passion is leading teams in providing excellent customer service with "can-do" attitudes, working quickly and professionally to find solutions for just about any concern that a client may have, then we want to meet you

Responsibilities:

  • Set up Google Ads and Conversion Tracking Across Several Platforms including GA4
  • Use conversion data to optimize ongoing Google Ad campaigns
  • Handle Kick Off Calls introducing clients to their user dashboards and going over campaign settings before the launch
  • Work with the Manager of Paid Ads to develop ongoing strategies for clients
  • Meet or exceed current department KPIs for a campaign set-up time, account volume, and quality
  • Ongoing strategies for account improvement
  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Ability to perform and lead screen share/zoom style meetings with clients
  • Following up on customer requirements with the web design team to ensure needs are being met.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintaining a database of contact information.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Handling complaints and negotiations.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of Experience in Google Ads
  • 2+ years of Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Youtube Ads
  • 2+ years Experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Familiar with Wix platform, WordPress, Shopify Unbounce, or similar
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly present complex concepts to clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads certifications are preferred but not required.
