Responsabilidades

Es el responsable de planear y realizar el programa de producción de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente y disponibilidad de los materiales.

Realizar el programa de producción de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la demanda del producto y la disponibilidad del material.Elaborar targets de producción para los diferentes productos.Supervisar el cumplimiento a los programas de producción.Informar al Staff acerca del cumplimiento del programa de producción.Supervisar el mantenimiento TM3  (TRANXFER).Asegurar que el personal a su cargo cumpla con los procedimientos de calidad y seguridad para cumplir con los requerimientos de calidad y para mantener la integridad física de los trabajadores.Asegurar el desarrollo y capacitación del personal a su cargoAceptar y ser impulsor del Sistema de Medio AmbienteApoyar activamente el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambienteAceptar y participar activamente en el proceso del sistema de medio ambienteIdentificar, asegurar el cumplimiento y dar seguimiento para los controles operacionales, así como para  riesgos y oportunidades de los aspectos ambientales.Aceptar y ser impulsor del Sistema de Medio AmbienteCumplir con los roles y responsabilidades del sistema de gestión de calidad descrito en el documento FT-EHS-49-00.Requisitios

Educación: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y Sistemas o afín

Experiencia: Años en Puestos de Producción

Formación: a) Planeación y Control de Producción
