El Rol

Buscamos un Lead Software Engineer para liderar la arquitectura backend y de sistemas de la plataforma de VIVIPOST. Este es un rol de liderazgo técnico hands-on, enfocado en construir software escalable y confiable que conecta dispositivos físicos, servicios en la nube y socios empresariales.

Serás responsable de decisiones técnicas clave, escribir y revisar código en producción, y trabajar de forma cercana con equipos de hardware, firmware y operaciones.

Nota: Este puesto requiere fluidez en inglés, ya que gran parte de la comunicación técnica y documentación se realiza en este idioma.

Responsabilidades


• Diseñar y liderar la arquitectura backend para:


• Orquestación de lockers inteligentes y dispositivos


• Seguimiento del ciclo de vida de los paquetes


• Integraciones con carriers y clientes empresariales


• Construir APIs y servicios que conectan dispositivos físicos con sistemas en la nube


• Diseñar sistemas con enfoque en confiabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad


• Escribir, revisar y mantener código backend en producción


• Definir estándares técnicos y mejores prácticas


• Mentorizar a otros ingenieros y dar dirección técnica


• Colaborar con equipos de producto, operaciones y hardware


• Apoyar despliegues en entornos reales de alta disponibilidad

Stack Tecnológico (Experiencia Relevante)


• Backend: , Python o similares


• APIs: REST, Webhooks, arquitecturas orientadas a eventos


• Bases de datos: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL


• Cloud: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IoT, etc.)


• Mensajería / colas: MQTT, SQS, Kafka o similares


• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, monitoreo y logging


• Experiencia con hardware o plataformas IoT es un plus importante

Perfil Buscado


• 6+ años de experiencia en ingeniería backend o de sistemas


• Fuertes habilidades en diseño y arquitectura de sistemas


• Experiencia con sistemas distribuidos o dispositivos conectados


• Comodidad trabajando cerca de hardware, firmware o IoT


• Capacidad de liderar técnicamente sin dejar de ser hands-on


• Enfoque pragmático: sabes diseñar y también ejecutar


• Fluidez en inglés para comunicación técnica y documentación
