Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at our new manufacturing facility in Mexico. This role is critical to ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic support for the company's international expansion. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with cross-cultural communication skills, including fluency in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all finance-related matters for the Saltillo plant, including accounting, financial analysis, tax compliance, and cash management.
  • Support the development and execution of annual business plans, providing financial insights to guide operational and strategic decisions.
  • Manage local tax filings, tax planning, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with Mexican regulations.
  • Review and approve contracts from a financial perspective to mitigate operational risks and control financial exposure.
  • Collaborate with headquarters in China to align financial practices and reporting standards across regions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ORACLE ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Comprehensive financial expertise, including accounting processes, financial management, and risk control.
  • Familiarity with both Chinese and Mexican accounting standards, as well as relevant financial, tax, and audit regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with Mexican tax reporting and compliance.
  • Fluency in Chinese is required; proficiency in English or Spanish is also essential.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
