Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related).
  • ERP systems management (BOMs, POs, Master Data).
  • Basic understanding of Engineering documentation and Change Management.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and material flow processes.
  • Basic data analysis and report generation using ERP and Excel.
  • Intermediate English, Spanish

Responsabilities:

  • Create and maintain the Master List of Part Numbers according to drawings, customer masters, and engineering documentation.
  • Set up and maintain Finished Good Bills of Materials (BOM) within the ERP system.
  • Update BOMs based on approved Engineering Changes and validate their correct implementation in the system.
  • Track and follow up on engineering changes for current production programs, ensuring alignment between drawings, BOMs, and ERP data.
  • Create, follow up, and close Purchase Orders in the ERP system in coordination with Purchasing and Suppliers.
  • Request, validate, and document BOM changes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support the verification of IMDS submissions for Finished Goods and ensure their submission to customers.
  • Generate basic reports from the ERP system to support decision-making and operational follow-up.
