Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 16 years of expertise in Desktop Support for our office-based team. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust infrastructure solutions ensuring seamless desktop support operations. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing our IT infrastructures efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive infrastructure solutions to support desktop operations effectively.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Provide expert guidance on infrastructure best practices to enhance system efficiency and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with organizational goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into the existing infrastructure framework.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to address potential issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for infrastructure enhancement and innovation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal delivery of infrastructure services.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of infrastructure systems.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure capabilities.
  • Support the desktop support team in resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of desktop support operations and infrastructure design.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in implementing and managing IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Have a proven track record of optimizing infrastructure performance and reliability.
  • Show expertise in integrating new technologies into existing systems seamlessly.
  • Display excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.
