How You'll Make an Impact
- Validate new equipment and upgrades through FAT and SAT testing.
- Create coil construction programs based on BOMs and detailed specifications.
- Operate winding equipment and reduce setup time through advanced parameterization.
- Lead NPI activities and first‑article validation runs.
- Collaborate closely with quality, process, and design engineering teams.
- Develop and enhance machine capabilities in partnership with global process experts.
- Create manual recipe programs and support automation of programming processes.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Control & Automation Engineering (master's preferred).
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally with electrical or electromechanical components.
- Hands‑on experience programming CNC, PLC, and HMI systems.
- Understanding of transformer fundamentals.
- Strong skills in automated equipment operation and programming.
- Experience collaborating across engineering and quality functions.
