Transportation Analyst

As Transportation Analyst you will execute processes and systems related to the transportation area, as well as capture and organize data generated during daily operations. You will report to a Transportation Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies (EHS, Compliance) by transportation providers.
• Monitor operational Indicators and participate in Operational Excellence systems (issue and close action cards, create improvement ideas, 5S).
• Manage transportation unit entry into the distribution center. Assign shipments to scheduled units. Perform weighing of incoming and outgoing units at locations with scales. Input transportation unit data into OTM. Monitor shipments using tracking systems, such as Beetrack.
• Participate in operator training on Beetrack, provide onboarding for new operators, resolve inquiries from operators and LT coordinators, and manage traffic flow within the distribution center yard.
• Record relevant operational information such as ENR and daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor loading times and units in the yard through dock and yard inspections; respond to information requests received by email, WhatsApp, or phone calls.
• Maintain vehicle fleet monitoring (GPS, Beetrack, phone) to ensure routes are completed; coordinate reverse logistics for units.
• Follow up on unit assignments provided by the scheduler and make adjustments to ensure units depart on route promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics operations
• Familiarity with tracking systems (Beetrack) and transportation management systems (OTM).
• Degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce
• English A1 - A2
