What You Can Expect

Responsable de realizar las actividades pertinentes al cuidando y la veracidad del inventario y el correcto registro de las transacciones en sistema. Adicionalmente, es responsable de la validación de registros de calidad, autorizaciones de despacho de producto de almacenes de Puebla, Querétaro, Texcoco, atención a los temas puntuales de despacho de producto, cantidad en inventario, caducidades, reportes por línea de producto o proceso y seguimiento a temas de seguridad e higiene por línea de producto.

Ubicación: Av. Periferico Sur, Colonia Parques del Pedregal. (Muy cerca al Centro Comercial Perisur)

Horario: Lunes a Viernes

How You'll Create Impact
  • Gestion de Almacén y logística, en almacenes o bodegas
  • Cumplir con las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento
  • Realizar las verificaciones de los consumos cuando los sets retornan a la bodega, para rellenar los mismos con el material faltante.
  • Revisar e inspeccionar que todos los productos cumplan con la debida rotación de inventario (FEFO) y atributos de calidad.
  • Cumplir con la bitácora de limpieza del almacén según el área asignada
  • Entregar semanalmente los reportes de reabasto al departamento de inventarios.
  • Actualizar diariamente la programación de cirugías
  • Llevar al día el reporte de reclamos de clientes.
  • Conteos cíclicos.
What Makes You Stand Out

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en almacén y Logística

Bachiller mínimo.

Conocimientos en Administración de inventarios, conocimiento método FEFO.

Persona dinámica, de buen seguimiento, comunicación asertiva, empática, estructurada, con enfoque al cliente, proactiva, personalidad carismática, educada, acostumbrada al orden y disciplina, buena administración del tiempo.

Alto espíritu de colaboración y con altos valores éticos, respetuoso de los valores de la empresa para la cual labora.

Your Background

Bachiller de Secundaria (Indispensable)

  • Técnico Administración de inventarios (deseable).
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencias en almacenes o bodegas
  • Experiencia en industria de médicos o salud (deseable)
  • Conocimientos en Administración de inventarios, conocimiento métodos de rotación de inventarios.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel.
