Objetivo del puesto

Asegurar la ejecución eficiente y documentada de los proyectos estratégicos de la compañía, aplicando metodologías de mejora continua, gestionando riesgos y estandarizando procesos para mantener la trazabilidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Supervisar y coordinar proyectos estratégicos, asegurando cumplimiento en tiempo, forma y alcance.
  • Implementar metodologías de optimización enfocadas en eficiencia, costos y calidad.
  • Monitorear riesgos y dar seguimiento a planes de mitigación en proyectos críticos.
  • Gestionar el onboarding de clientes, documentación, minutas y comunicación con áreas internas.
  • Diseñar y actualizar matrices RACI, WoWs y flujos de procesos.
  • Administrar documentación clave en directorios, sistemas y herramientas corporativas.

Indicadores clave (KPIs)

  • Cumplimiento de cronogramas de proyectos.
  • Reducción de desviaciones entre tiempos estimados vs. reales.
  • Optimización en procesos y proyectos clave.
  • Cumplimiento del proceso de onboarding y documentación requerida.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, mejora continua o roles similares.
  • Capacidad de análisis, documentación y coordinación transversal.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, organización y enfoque a resultados.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (deseable).
  • Ingles conversacional
