Misión del puesto

El Production Support Applications
es responsable de mantener la estabilidad operativa, brindar soporte L2 especializado y asegurar que las aplicaciones productivas funcionen de manera confiable, eficiente y segura.

Garantizar la continuidad operativa diaria de los sistemas críticos de la Casa de Bolsa, respondiendo oportunamente a incidentes en producción, asegurando la correcta ejecución de procesos operativos, y resolviendo fallas técnicas o funcionales para evitar impactos en el negocio y en la operación regulada.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, TI
  • Experiencia mínima de 8 años.
  • Deseable, operación y procesos de Tesorería y Valores.
  • Liquidación de operaciones, conciliaciones, cuadraturas.
  • Flujos con Indeval y Banco de México.
  • Normativas del sector (CNBV, BMV, AMIB).
  • Conocimientos de ciclo de vida de desarrollo de aplicativos
  • Conocimiento back, front y middle
  • Conocimiento de mesa de servicio

Habilidades técnicas

SQL (consultas, validación de datos).

Análisis de logs, trazas y monitoreo.

Arquitecturas de aplicaciones (cliente-servidor, APIs, colas, batch).

Uso de herramientas de ticketing (Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI, o similar).

Conocimientos básicos de DevOps: despliegues, ambientes, pipelines (deseable)

Funciones

A.
Soporte operativo diario (core responsibility)


• Supervisar y monitorear la operación diaria de sistemas críticos: TAS, Lumina, SPEI, Indeval, Tesorería, Mercado de Capitales, Mercado de Deuda, Mercado de Fondos, Cambios, AML, Middle Office, Back Office, Contabilidad, Operaciones, entre otros.


• Responder y resolver incidentes productivos en tiempo real (L2), evitando interrupciones operativas.
• Analizar logs, trazas, errores técnicos y funcionales para detectar la causa raíz.

B.
Gestión de incidentes


• Registrar, clasificar y dar seguimiento a incidentes en las herramientas de tickets.


• Coordinar con Desarrollo, Proveedores, DevOps y QA para la resolución de problemas recurrentes.

C.
Continuidad operativa y riesgos


• Garantizar que los sistemas productivos cumplan con los controles operativos establecidos (reconciliaciones, cuadraturas, autorizaciones, alertas).


• Ejecutar y validar procedimientos de contingencia en caso de fallas mayores.
