Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

The Data Analyst Role will be supporting the PBNA Sector Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to ensure that we vet, align, manage, and deliver the committed value behind our transformational initiatives. The role will be focused on project management tracking in SmartSheet and SharePoint, collecting project insights from PMOs, and support various Ad-Hoc data requests. This role will also entail managing and tracking Transformation & Project Savvy expenses to provide Period updates, forecasts and insights.

Your Impact

As Sales Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Develop presentation materials for project-related discussions and PMO Governance meetings; create compelling stories that influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to take action and understand impact
  • Communicate with key project leaders and division PMOs to understand project timelines, latest status and future project updates
  • Take ownership of maintaining and updating project tracker Smartsheet (core project tracking and dashboard creation) to ensure accuracy in timeline and other core project data, SharePoint project library site, and engage in meetings with project leaders
  • Work in Excel to support quarterly reporting processes including updating location evaluation models, utilizing equations to pull multiple data sources and generate tables/charts to help visualize ongoing projects
  • Work in PowerPoint to support the creation of presentations and reporting
  • Work closely with various project teams to analyze project charters, interdependencies, and go-live timelines, leveraging your familiarity with PBNA business operations and expertise to identify key risks and overlaps
  • Attention to Detail: Relentless focus on all portions of each deliverable to ensure accuracy.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work assertively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, strong communication with management.

  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports
  • Ability to work independently and within a team with a Team / collaboration-based approach to decision making
  • Must have a "Can Do" attitude with a willingness to assist others in completing activities as needed

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Project Management: Proven experience in effectively managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • 3-4 years of work experience within areas such as Project Management, Commercial, Innovation, Business Ops or Finance.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
  • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations, show the ability to manage high volume of information and be able to align and report to key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
  • Analytical & Financial Acumen: Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for consolidating large datasets into concise, actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and excellent communication skills; familiarity/previous experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
