Objetivo:

Analizar, procesar e interpretar la información generada por los diferentes sistemas de la empresa, con el fin de proporcionar reportes y análisis que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones estratégicas y a la mejora continua de los procesos operativos.

Funciones:

Brindar análisis, seguimiento e inteligencia de datos para optimizar la red operativa de Imile, respaldar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y asegurar la disponibilidad de información confiable que impulse el crecimiento y la eficiencia de la empresa.

Funciones:

  • Recopilar, depurar y validar la información proveniente de distintas fuentes de datos.
  • Generar reportes e indicadores clave (KPI) para el monitoreo de resultados y desempeño de áreas.
  • Desarrollar dashboards y herramientas de análisis que faciliten la visualización de datos.
  • Detectar patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en la operación.
  • Apoyar a las áreas de negocio en la interpretación de resultados y análisis de información.
  • Garantizar la precisión, integridad y confidencialidad de los datos manejados.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de sistemas y operaciones para optimizar la captura y uso de la información.
  • Recopilar, limpiar y analizar datos operativos de la red logística (sucursales, transporte, entregas, devoluciones, etc.).
  • Monitorear la eficiencia y desempeño de la operación logística: tiempos de entrega, incidencias, uso de recursos, etc.
  • Generar reportes ejecutivos y dashboards que muestren el estado actual, anomalías, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística,Informatica, Administración, Logística, Ciencias de Datos o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1-2 años en análisis de datos, preferentemente en logística Paquetería

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel (intermedio-avanzado).
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización de datos (por ejemplo, Power BI, Macros,Tableau) – deseable.
  • Habilidad para extraer, transformar y analizar datos operativos.
  • Conocimiento del sector logístico y de paquetería es una ventaja.
