¿Qué harás en este rol?
Provide customer service via telephone, Whatsapp or social networks. Serve customers in a fast and effective way seeking to resolve their concerns from the first interaction. In complex cases, channel the necessary information to the Resolution area. Seek the quality of their actions, always paying attention to the needs of consumers while keeping in mind the interests of the company.¿Qué buscamos?
