●      Elaborar y definir los proyectos según las necesidades, objetivos y capacidades de la organización.

●      Lectura análisis y comunicación a lideres de equipo de especificaciones del proyecto (RFQ, SOW, Etc).

●      Desarrollar un plan de proyecto detallado para poder seguir el progreso (Timing)

●      Comunicar con todas las áreas el proyecto, asegurarse que todos los lideres de área, sepan de que trata el mismo, su alcance y el apoyo que se les requeriría con tiempos y presupuesto.

●      Coordinar los recursos internos y los proveedores/terceros para una ejecución sin errores de proyectos.

●      Asegurar que todos los proyectos se terminan a tiempo, y dentro del presupuesto y ámbito previstos

●      Desarrollar los objetivos y ámbitos de los proyectos implicando a todas las partes interesadas pertinentes y garantizando la viabilidad técnica.

●      Medir el rendimiento del proyecto usando los sistemas, herramientas y técnicas apropiados

●      Informar y escalar cuestiones a la dirección cuando sea necesario

●      Gestionar la relación con el cliente y todas las partes interesadas

●      identificación y análisis de amenazas para minimizar los riesgos del proyecto

●      Establecer y mantener relaciones con terceros/proveedores

●      Entregar y mantener una completa documentación del proyecto

●      Entregar análisis de cada proyecto, siempre identificando las lecciones aprendidas, con formatos y procedimiento nuevos generados (en caso de aplicar) y compartiendo esto con los equipos multidisciplinarios.
