Organizational Planning & Design Leader
Objective
Responsible for facilitating the organization evolution by optimal organizational planning and design governance and creating value-added solutions supported by technology for adequate workforce planning, capabilities building, risk management and effective organizational structures to meet current and future business needs
Main Responsibilities
Design and evaluate Operations (Manufacturing / Engineering / R&D / HSE / Quality) organizational structures aligned to business performance and current / future growth. Conduct global reviews with Business Leaders for organizational design structures, in relation to blueprints, spans of control, reporting relationships, JDs / roles & responsibilities, evaluating its impact / success on business Assure workforce planning implementation in Operational areas, aligning with budget and forecast process, defining capability gaps and how to secure them according to regional / functional current and future vision Consolidate and monitor target action plans globally in alignment with Finance and Business strategies, partnering with VPs and business leaders as key stakeholders. Provide deeper organizational design and workforce solutions for hourly populations, ensuring alignment with production KPIs and operational targets Lead and develop Personnel Administration standards and processes, ensuring consistent, automated operations while incorporating regional and local best practices Develop and implement plant and operations blueprints aligned to key business KPIs and operational standards Ensure organizational data integrity by implementing procedures to validate accuracy, monitor deviations, and identify necessary changes Define global governance for job descriptions to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment with organizational structure and roles. Develop job descriptions for operational functions as a baseline of organizational design requirements, ensuring alignment with job valuation Enhance OP&D processes through system improvements, KPI measurement, and ongoing innovation to evolve operational performance Lead or participate as project manager in key OP&D initiatives, delivering organizational solutions aligned to current priorities and future business growth Facilitate OP&D community in strong collaboration within multifunctional/regional teams in HR and other key partner functions (IT, Lean, MP&L, Finance, Business Development) in relation to concept alignment, knowledge transfer and process adaptionPosition Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Human resources,or related fields preferred
- Technical Competences: Org. Design / Workforce Planning, Operations Acumen, Finance Acumen, Project Management, HR Systems - Data analysis
- Skills: Effective communication, Negotiation, Assertiveness, Interpersonal relations.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as Organizational Design, Talent Management, HRBP.
- Languages: English – Proficient.
