Job Tittle: JAVA DEVELOPER

Summary:

AutoZone is looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to be part of our growing B2B Commercial operations team. It will support key business capabilities and technology solutions of services/applications with a deep focus on production operations, capacity planning, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support new features, scaling, automation, and self-healing processes for sites and systems
  • Identify and Implement code/configuration changes to improve performance and reliability as necessary
  • Work with the offshore team to hand over the tasks and review the deliverables.
  • Advocate for top-notch design standards and lead process improvements in collaboration with architects and Application Engineers
  • Coordinate with product owners and business partners to address the Business problems and document them as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional programming with
    JAVA.
  • 3+ years of professional programming with
    Spring Framework.

Technical skills may include experience with one or more of:

  • Operative Systems (
    UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows
    ).
  • Databases (
    Oracle, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL
    ).
  • Experience in Supporting
    high volume e-commerce applications
    is a must.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (
    DynaTrace/Splunk/ELK/APM
    , etc.) is a must.
  • Hands-on experience using version control tools such as
    Git or similar
    is a must.
  • Experience working/supporting applications in
    GCP
    is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot critical production issues spanning applications/infrastructure and tune high- volume online applications.
  • Conversational English is a must.
