What you'll do:

  • Design, build, and optimize recommendation and learning-to-rank models.
  • Develop embeddings and classification models to improve item discovery and taxonomy.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and MLOps to deploy scalable ML solutions into production.

Key requirements:

  • Strong Python skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Solid knowledge of recommender systems and learning-to-rank techniques.
  • Experience evaluating models using metrics such as and NDCG.
  • Experience working with production ML systems.
