Rocket Lister provides high-quality media and marketing services to real estate professionals. Our Commercial Team supports clients with premium photography, videography, and marketing assets for commercial listings.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual to join our Commercial Team as a Photo Editor & Administrative Coordinator. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both creatively skilled in photo editing and efficient in administrative and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities Photo Editing & Production (50–60%)

  • Edit and retouch commercial real estate photos to Rocket Lister quality standards.

  • Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, sky replacements, object removal, and other enhancement techniques.

  • Ensure consistency of editing style across all commercial projects. - Prepare final image sets and deliver assets within required turnaround times.

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and photographers to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Administrative & Operational Support (40–50%)

  • Create new client accounts and manage profile information in internal systems.

  • Place service orders and coordinate deliverables based on client requests. - Build and maintain schedules for commercial photographers.

  • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, order details, and project updates.

  • Assist with workflow tracking, project intake, and general team coordination.

  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for visual quality.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in English

Preferred Skills

  • Real estate photography editing familiarity.

  • Experience in scheduling or operations.

  • Customer service or client communication experience

Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14,641.34 per month
