Buscamos Introducing Brokers (IB) para desarrollar y expandir una red comercial en los mercados financieros (Forex, índices, commodities y criptomonedas). El rol consiste en captar, referir y dar seguimiento a clientes interesados en operar a través de un broker internacional regulado, brindando acompañamiento básico durante el proceso de incorporación.
Este puesto es ideal para perfiles con mentalidad comercial, emprendedora y orientada a resultados, que busquen ingresos escalables por comisiones.
Responsabilidades
Captación y referencia de nuevos clientes interesados en trading.
Acompañamiento básico en el proceso de apertura de cuentas y uso de la plataforma.
Seguimiento y atención a clientes referidos.
Desarrollo de estrategias de prospección digital y/o presencial.
Construcción y mantenimiento de una red de clientes activa.
Cumplimiento de políticas y lineamientos operativos.
Requisitos
Conocimientos básicos de mercados financieros o trading.
Habilidades de comunicación y ventas.
Manejo de redes sociales y canales digitales.
Actitud proactiva, disciplina y enfoque a resultados.
Experiencia en ventas, afiliación o trading (deseable, no indispensable).
