• Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and /or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness.
• Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area.
• Provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.
• Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.
• Maintain the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure reliable production output.
• Keep the percentage of equipment utilization high without sacrificing quality requirements.
• Ensure daily repairs to machinery according to production needs and priorities.
• Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. · Daily Data collection of corrective/preventive activities.
• Communication with colleagues (on-time deliveries, sharing experiences and knowledge).
• Regarding critical decision making, you should request support from your immediate boss.
• Comply with the regulations of the area.
• Keep the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure the production according companies trust and product quality.
• Maintain high disposal equipment percentage with quality requirements.
• Following escalation process due problems/failures in lines.
• Follow up 5´s security meeting and security maintenance activities.
• Active participation in Proactive Safety, Kaizen Board and 5´s audits.
• Attend security meeting at shift beginning.
• Follow up procedures an LOTO certifications.
• Report missing spare parts in warehouse.
• Support other departments.
• React efficiently into possible production plan changes.
