We are looking for a Import Export Analyst with experience in the Automotive Industry.

Workplace: Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.

Job Objective:

Ensure the correct execution of foreign trade operations and the company's logistics coordination, guaranteeing compliance with customs, tax, and international trade regulations. Optimize time, costs, and processes within the supply chain by efficiently managing imports, exports, transportation, documentation, and logistics service providers. Contribute to operational continuity and the proper flow of materials and products, maintaining high standards of quality, documentary accuracy, and internal service.

Requirements:

Education: International Trade, logistics degree, or Related.

Language: Advanced English

Experience: 1-3 years in a similar position, in the Automotive industry.

Knowledge:

· IMMEX and PROSEC.

· 24 & 30 Annex.

· National and International logistics.

· Excel Intermediate.

· Power BI (Desired).

· Warehouse (Desired).

Responsibilities:

· 24 & 30 Annex Management for temporary importations.

· Follow up to the logistics operations.

· Manage the record keeping related to our Import – Export operations.

· Virtual Operations Management.

· Logistics and Customs billing.
