Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in providing IT and MSP companies with the tools and plans needed to grow and scale by improving predictability with bookkeeping services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including account reconciliation, journal entries, and accruals, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, providing key insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting for various transactions and activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
  • Stay abreast of current accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
  • Experience with QuickBooks or ConnectWise is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a learner's mindset.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook).

  • Monthly salary based on experience and skills
  • $1000MXN per month as Food Vouchers
