Service Delivery Partner (Contract)

Employment-Based Immigration | H-1B Focus

100 percent Remote | Case-Based Compensation

Role Overview

We are recruiting a
dedicated service delivery partner

to support a high-volume employment-based immigration practice. This role is not staff augmentation and not hourly contract work. It is a
case-based delivery partnership

focused on ownership of file preparation, audit, and assembly for H-1B and related employment-based immigration filings.

Our attorneys retain legal responsibility and perform final legal review and submission. You will own the upstream execution that makes filings accurate, complete, and attorney-ready.

This is an ongoing relationship with a steady pipeline of cases for the right partner.

The Problem We Are Solving

Our firm handles a growing volume of employment-based immigration matters. Attorney time is best spent on legal judgment, not assembly and completeness work.

We are seeking a trusted partner who can:

  • Take full ownership of
    file review, audit, and assembly
    .
  • Ensure every case reaches attorneys in a clean, complete, USCIS-ready state.
  • Operate consistently at scale without repeated supervision.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for
pre-submission execution

, including:

  • Reviewing intake materials and employer documentation for completeness.
  • Auditing forms and supporting evidence against internal checklists.
  • Assembling full filing packets for attorney review.
  • Identifying missing items, inconsistencies, or risk flags early.
  • Preparing organized, clearly labeled exhibits and attorney-ready PDFs.

Included case types (initial focus):

  • H-1B registrations and petitions.
  • H-1B amendments, extensions, and change of employer filings.
  • Employment-based filings with similar structure and evidentiary requirements.

RFEs are included

in the compensation structure and treated as part of the same delivery lifecycle.

Delivery Model and Tools

  • All work is completed
    100 percent remotely
    .
  • Document preparation and assembly using
    Adobe PDF tools
    .
  • Case management, communication, and file sharing within the
    Microsoft 365 ecosystem
    (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Work is checklist-driven and standardized. This is execution, not improvisation.

Compensation Structure

  • Flat fee per completed filing
    , tiered by case complexity.
  • Payment is triggered upon
    accepted completion
    , defined as:
  • Internal quality review passed.
  • File delivered attorney-ready with no material rework required.
  • No hourly billing.
  • No unpaid "busy work."
  • Volume of case assignments scale with performance and reliability.

Exact rates are discussed with shortlisted candidates based on experience and demonstrated capability.

Expectations

This role requires professional maturity and operational discipline.

We expect:

  • Demonstrated experience with
    H-1B and employment-based USCIS filings
    .
  • High attention to detail and strong document judgment.
  • Ability to work independently from defined SOPs and checklists.
  • Consistent turnaround times and predictable throughput.
  • Clear written communication and responsiveness.
  • Comfort receiving feedback and iterating without friction.
  • Reliability over speed. Clean execution beats fast execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience preparing or assembling employment-based immigration filings.
  • Experience working with U.S. immigration law firms is strongly preferred.
  • Based in Latin America is acceptable and often ideal due to time zone alignment.
  • Fluent written English required. Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.
  • Seeking a
    long-term, trusted repeatable partnership
    , not one-off freelance work.

What This Is Not

  • Not an hourly paralegal role.
  • Not entry-level training.
  • Not a short-term project.
  • Not a role where standards are negotiated case-by-case.

How to Apply

Please submit:

  • A brief overview of your experience with H-1B and employment-based filings.
  • The types of filings you have directly handled or assembled.
  • Your availability and interest in an ongoing case-based partnership.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a structured discussion about scope, standards, and compensation.
