Location: Mexico City (On-site – mandatory)
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex solutions for Life Sciences and Healthcare (LSHC) clients in Mexico. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction across multiple engagements.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in regulated healthcare or life sciences environments, a client-facing mindset, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for LSHC clients throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Understand client business needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions align with both.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction through transparent communication and delivery excellence.
Project & Solution Delivery
- Lead the delivery of complex projects tailored to Life Sciences and Healthcare organizations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Enforce adherence to healthcare and life sciences regulations and compliance standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical teams, and domain specialists.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Proactively identify delivery risks, especially those related to regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Ensure all delivered solutions comply with applicable healthcare and life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines, clinical trial regulations, patient data protection).
- Escalate and resolve issues effectively while keeping clients informed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences and/or Healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within healthcare or life sciences.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per month
