About The Team/role
We are looking for a responsible Sr Quality assurance specialist in the KYC process.

• The position is complex. This person have to identify opportunity areas, solving problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area
• The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to inspect quality and give feedback to the process.
• He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
• The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct KYC process.

In this role, you'll be...

• Monitoring to the KYC and Fraud Transactions process, offer feedback and advice
• Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records
• Propose improvements to the process
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and report any deviation
• Good communication skills
• Make metrics and presentations

• 1+ years experience in KYC process 1+ yeras experience in Fraud Transactions process
• Bachelor degree, or truncated career
• Critical thinking
• Work as key contact with other areas
• Comunication skills
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail
• Experience in financial products
• Knowledge in Office, google sheets, excel.
• English basic to intermediate
