***We are looking for a Junior PR Executive to join our team and support the development and execution of earned media strategies across corporate brands.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally outgoing, confident, and personable: true people person who feels comfortable building relationships, starting conversations, and representing brands in professional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of earned media and PR strategies
Research, contact, and build relationships with journalists, media, influencers, and talent
Assist in talent outreach, coordination, and basic negotiation.
Draft and adapt PR materials such as:
* Press releases
* Media pitches
* Post-event press notes / media recaps
Coordinate press lists, invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups
Track media coverage and support PR reporting
Support during events, including press handling and talent assistance
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
Profile We're Looking For
* Naturally outgoing, sociable, and proactive
* Comfortable approaching people, starting conversations, and following up
* Personable, warm, and likable, with strong interpersonal skills
* Confident representing brands in corporate, media, and social settings
* Well-presented and polished, with a professional personal image

* Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Requirements
* 1-4 years of experience in PR, communications, media, or related fields (internships count)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
* Interest in media, culture, brands, and talent management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment***
