Job Purpose and Overview

Coordinate SAP and other logistic-related system activities and operations with Dawn Business users, including development, maintenance, and enhancement of existing SAP IM and WM modules along with integrations with external warehouse systems and TMS. The Supply Chain Analyst must be able to provide guidance and direction to peers and business counterparts to independently lead technology projects and initiatives. Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to support finance operations and business objectives.

Schedule: This is a Monday–Friday day position, 60% office - 40% home office. This role is based on Mexico City being part of a Global Team. Working in an Easten Time Zone (US & Canada).   

What will you do as an SAP BA SCM II at Dawn Foods?:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP WM and IM solutions.
• Provide daily support and maintenance for SAP WM and IM modules, resolving user issues and ensuring system stability.
• Configure and optimize inbound (goods receipt, putaway, quality inspection) and outbound (picking, packing, staging, goods issue) delivery processes.
• Integrate SAP with third-party Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enable seamless data exchange for inventory, shipments, and confirmations.
• Implement and support integration with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for freight planning, execution, and carrier collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of WM and IM with MM, SD, PP, and FI modules.
• Work closely with ABAP developers to deliver custom enhancements using user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, and IDoc enhancements.
• Lead key project phases including blueprinting, functional specifications, system testing, data migration, cutover planning, and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot complex operational issues in warehouse and transportation processes to minimize business disruption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support proposal development for new system implementations.
• Conduct impact analysis of business requirements and collaborate across functions to address system and process implications.

What does it take to be an SAP BA SCM II at Dawn Foods:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or related, or equivalent work experience with applicable associate's degree
• Advanced English is essential for the role
• Over 8 years of hands-on SAP WM/IM in-depth experience
• Proven experience in full inbound and outbound delivery cycle configuration 
• Strong knowledge of WMS integration (SAP and non-SAP) and TMS integration (SAP TM or third-party systems). 
• Experience with food distribution is preferred
• Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, ALE, PI/PO, CPI, EDI)
• Experience in Data Migration tools (LSMW, Migration Cockpit).
• Proven experience working with BAPIs, BADIs, APIs, middleware, BTEs in coordination with ABAP developers.
• Familiarity with logistics processes and integration with MM, FI, SD, and PP modules.
• Understanding of custom development processes, debugging, and collaboration with technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with RF scanning solutions, label printing integration, and material flow systems.
• Experience handling integrations and customizations 
• Experience working with 3rd party off-shore support companies 
• Ability to support multiple SAP modules 
• Ability to support non-SAP applications (3rd party and custom developed applications)
