As Trade Marketing Director, you will lead the regional strategy to strengthen Comex's presence and performance across all channels, ensuring a profitable execution. You will focus on maximizing sell-out, boosting customer loyalty, and turning the brand strategy into impactful commercial experiences that highlight color, innovation, and service. This position is based in Mexico City and report to the CMO AC Latam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy: Lead end-to-end Trade Marketing strategy, align channel activation plans, manage promotions and pricing with commercial leaders, and ensure national and regional campaigns
  • In-Store Excellence: Oversee planograms, POP, displays, and visual merchandising guidelines to lead visibility, conversion, and brand execution across all store formats
  • Omnichannel & Digital: Integrate physical and digital experiences through retail media, CRM, e-commerce, and digital field tools; develop digital trade strategies for marketplaces and B2B platforms
  • Insights and Performance: Measure Return on Investment of trade projects and analyze sell-out, traffic, and loyalty data; collaborate with Data & Analytics to optimize segmentation, assortment, and communication
  • Team & Partner Leadership: Manage diverse teams and external partners, promoting a collaborative culture while overseeing contracts with agencies and suppliers
  • Innovation & Growth: Guide disruptive brand experiences and partnerships, lead the Store-Led Growth strategy, and oversee an important business that serves as a core driver of regional growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering
  • Master's or postgraduate studies (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in managerial positions related to Trade Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales, with a record leading end-to-end strategies and channel execution
  • Availability to travel and relocate
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Skills: Strategic, channel and execution excellence, leadership and influence
