The Position
If you geek out over analytics dashboards, love testing headlines to see which one wins, and get a little thrill when your campaign's CTR jumps overnight, this is your dream job. One day, you might be launching a LinkedIn retargeting campaign, and the next, you're deep diving into AEO, GEO, and LLMO updates that boost our rankings. And because we work globally, your work won't just make an impact in Mexico; decision-makers will see it in Canada, the UK, Australia, and beyond.
You will be the go-to expert for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable results. Working closely with our Marketing Manager in Calgary, you'll blend technical know-how with creative problem-solving to ensure every click, open, and conversion moves us toward our goals.
Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, ensuring strong ROI. - Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and deliver actionable insights to the team with a strong emphasis on A/B testing. - Email Marketing:
Build and segment lists, design compelling campaigns, and monitor results to improve open and click-through rates. - Content Scheduling:
Upload, schedule, and maintain content across LinkedIn, website, and email platforms in alignment with our content calendar. - AEO, SEO & Website Updates:
Implement on-page AEO, SEO best practices, monitor performance, and make updates to enhance visibility and user experience. - Trend Tracking:
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and tools to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B or global business environment.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Ability to commission work from service providers, whilst ensuring we get the most value for Sproule ERCE.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into action.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
