¿Te apasiona crear contenido que conecte, entretenga y sume valor? Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Creative Content Manager con mentalidad estratégica y manos creativas para llevar nuestras redes sociales al siguiente nivel. Buscamos a alguien que respire tendencias digitales, las detecte antes que nadie y las convierta en piezas nativas, auténticas y memorables.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido digital alineadas a la identidad de la marca.
  • Detectar tendencias y transformarlas en piezas de alto impacto (video, copy, visuales).
  • Producir y editar contenido homemade s, formato vertical 9:16).
  • Crear parrillas de contenido y mantener coherencia visual y narrativa.
  • Medir resultados, generar insights y optimizar en tiempo real.
  • Participar de forma cercana en el proyecto, aportando visión estratégica y creatividad.

Requisitos

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en creación y gestión de contenido digital (ideal en agencia o marca).
  • Dominio de storytelling en formatos cortos, con capacidad de enganchar en los primeros segundos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de edición (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects) y subtitulado.
  • Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de IA aplicadas a la creación de contenido.
  • Experiencia grabando con móvil y gear básico (micrófono, led, estabilizador).
  • Español nativo e inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Muy valorado: experiencia en agencias de marketing digital.
