For the EFFY Luxury Retail Specialist / Brand Ambassadors position we are looking for candidates that are:

  • Outgoing, dynamic, charismatic personality.
  • Professional & engaging.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented — motivated to earn $$$$, grow, and lead.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to take feedback and a great team ethic.
  • Strong Presentation Skills on Microphone.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to customer retention.
  • Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate and take initiative.
  • Sales Experience, in particular jewelry sales, is preferred but not required.
  • Attracted by a stable base salary + uncapped earning potential — your income reflects your performance.
  • Ready to grow fast through personalized coaching, world-class training, and rapid, performance-based promotions.

Non - Traditional & diverse backgrounds are welcome, such as:

Actors/Performers, Tour Guides, Hospitality Industry professionals, Presenters, Trainers and also Real Estate professionals

Near-native fluency in English is required.

You will work and live on board a luxury cruise ship with all expenses included for a minimum of 6 months. While focusing on your career development, reaching your goals and dreams and getting your desired financial freedom
