As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the implementation of effective solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report gaps in a timely manner to management.Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
Act as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze the demand and supply to ensure revenue delivery within the spending budget.
Proactively identify and resolve any order or delivery issues. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate records of sales and operations interactions, such as orders, issues, and turnaround time, among other KPIs.
Provide regular reports to management on fulfillment activities and customer feedback trends.
Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations process.
Ensure on-time delivery of forecast and customer orders.
Manage forecast fulfillment and minimize impacts by handling everyday issues.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/fulfillment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Both, in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
D365 experience is a plus.We provide benefit package above law
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
This role is to be based in our Zapopan office and offers a hybrid working schedule, with at least 3 days per week spent in the office.
