Please note:

  • Must be fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking)
  • Must be eligible to work in Mexico without sponsorship
  • This is a hybrid role - onsite Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and remote Thursday/Friday.

What is Recruiting? In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with internal team members to understand our US clients' job requirements. Approach each opportunity in a consultative manner- overcoming objections, obstacles and guiding candidates and clients through the recruitment/hiring lifecycle.
  • Actively source and identify candidates through our recruitment roadmap, selling opportunities, and assessing candidate's backgrounds.
  • Screen candidates on skills, culture, motivators, and interests.
  • Coordinate interviews, updates, debriefs and job offers.
  • Guide candidates on offer calls, negotiation tactics and counter offers.
  • Build your professional brand and develop relationships.

What we look for:

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience for US companies, preferably in staffing or fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish).
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience with VMS tools preferred (i.e. Beeline, Fieldglass)
