En nuestra área de Tecnología buscamos a alguien apasionado por Python, IA y LLMs, que quiera crecer rápido y construir soluciones que impacten directamente en producto, datos y automatización interna.
¿Qué harás?
- Construirás APIs y microservicios en Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Integrarás modelos de IA (OpenAI, Groq, Anthropic) para automatizaciones inteligentes.
- Trabajarás con embeddings, vector stores básicos y flujos RAG (nivel inicial).
- Crearás scripts y mini-pipelines para apoyar al área de Datos.
- Desarrollarás paneles internos ligeros en React + Typescript.
- Participarás en deploys y operaciones simples en AWS.
Requisitos
- 2–4 años trabajando con Python backend.
- Experiencia usando LLMs vía API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq o similar).
- Conocimientos básicos de embeddings o vector DB (Pinecone, ChromaDB).
- Experiencia construyendo APIs REST.
- SQL (MySQL/Postgres).
- React + Typescript para herramientas internas.
- Manejo de Git.

- Conocimientos en RAG sencillo.
- AWS básico, Docker, CI/CD.
- Curiosidad y aprendizaje rápido.
