Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura o TSU en logística, comercio internacional o afín
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente en logística, transporte o comercio exterior.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión aduanal y logística.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado

Actividades principales:

  • Atención y seguimiento a clientes sobre embarques, despachos y operaciones aduanales.
  • Coordinación con agentes aduanales y transportistas para agilizar procesos.
  • Resolución de incidencias en tiempo y forma para evitar retrasos y costos adicionales.
  • Monitoreo de embarques y actualización de estatus en sistemas internos.
  • Elaboración de reportes y análisis de tiempos de tránsito y despacho.

Sueldo: $29, $36,000.00 al mes
