Estamos en búsqueda de un
Supervisor de Producción Senior
para integrarse a nuestro equipo y liderar las operaciones del área productiva, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, productividad y mejora continua.
Responsabilidades:
Administrar y coordinar el departamento de Producción.
Supervisar las operaciones diarias y al personal a su cargo.
Controlar y optimizar los gastos del área.
Garantizar la capacidad productiva y el cumplimiento de los indicadores de productividad.
Asegurar el control de procesos, la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del producto.
Coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la producción.
Implementar y dar seguimiento al sistema TPM, así como al control documental del área.
Participar en reuniones de coordinación a distintos niveles de la organización.
Proponer e implementar mejoras continuas en los procesos productivos.
Mantener y supervisar el cumplimiento del sistema 5S.
Verificar el correcto llenado de los formatos de inspección de equipos.
Apoyar en las actividades y requerimientos asignados por la empresa conforme a su puesto y/o departamento.
