Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an EDI & SAP S/4 Hana Specialist. This position will focus on the testing and validation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) flows, managing order fulfilment processes, and performing system validation within SAP S/4 Hana. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EDI, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and a strong proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana. You will work with our team to ensure the seamless flow of data between systems and ensure efficient order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform EDI flow testing to ensure accurate and seamless integration between systems.
  • Conduct order fulfillment and validation in SAP S/4 Hana, ensuring correct data flow and processing.
  • Manage VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and ensure the effective exchange of inventory data between systems.
  • Work with the Transportation Management System (TMS) to facilitate smooth logistics processes and ensure optimal order delivery.
  • Perform SAP S/4 Hana system configuration and validation, ensuring all integrations and processes are functioning correctly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in EDI transactions and SAP S/4 Hana workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in system processes and data flow.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of EDI processes, order fulfillment procedures, and system integration best practices.
  • Assist with documentation of processes, testing procedures, and results.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) expertise, with experience in managing and troubleshooting EDI transactions.
  • Familiarity with VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) processes and system integration.
  • Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for logistics operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Hana, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with OpenText for document management and EDI integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
