Order and Delivery Specialist
located in
**Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the
Director of Sales Operations and Planning,
the
Order and Delivery Specialist
role
w
ill be responsible for
assure order fulfillment from customer order receiving to shipment, drive improvements on order schedule improvements to meet customer request dates with correct products and right quantity. Constant consider ways of process improvements in order to optimize its function and to best support department objectives.
Responsibilities:**

• Customer service, act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment (from predict demand to order payment)
• Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination
• Ensure accuracy of order details (quantity, pricing, specifications) and compliance with contractual terms
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies (e.g., delays, shortages), and ensure on-time delivery to clients
• Customer escalation channel, handle shortages escalations, customer communications and supply allocation base on different customers' demands
• Manage delivery precisions (OTD, Delivery LT) for global supply sites to sustain good customer delivery experiences
• Manage and coordinate shipment instructions to forwarders/ forwarder in-house staff.
• Customer sample management
• Report FPM Revenue projection for global supply sites
• Support customer RMA handling
• Inside sales coordination
• Overall responsibility to the processes within the Order & Delivery.
• Lead and coordinate work in the function according to department requirements and guidelines.
• Continuously improve and develop processes within the function.
• Manage, coach and motivate teams to achieve business goals
• Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales Operation and Planning.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge and 5-8 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Program Management, preferably in the electronics industry
• Knowledge of international trade & VMI is preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of process and procedure
